TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms of Use will enter into force on May 24, 2018.

§ I. PREAMBLE

1. These Terms of Use constitute the 'general terms' under Art. 298 of the Commercial Law. These Terms of Use apply to all services, products, websites, games, content, collectively called 'Products' and/or 'Services', managed by FISH & CHIPS 777 OOD.
2. These Terms of Use do not apply to any services or websites of third parties, linked or integrated into any of our services, products or websites. These third parties have their own Privacy Policies and Terms of Use, which FISH & CHIPS 777 does not control in any way.
3. When these words are mentioned: 'FISH & CHIPS 777 OOD', 'FISH & CHIPS 777' 'we,' 'us', 'our', 'ours' or 'Administrator', they refer to the company 'FISH & CHIPS 777'.
4. By registering in our products, Users declare that they are aware, understand and fully accept any and all provisions of these Terms of Use. 'Users' within the meaning of these Terms of Use are all persons who have the right to register according to the conditions of section II below.
5. All services, products, websites, games, content, collectively called 'Products' and/or 'Services', are owned by FISH & CHIPS 777 OOD, a joint stock company, registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 204940050, with correspondence address Bulgaria, Sofia, 'Alexander Stamboliyski' Blvd. No. 239.
6. These current Terms of Use are prepared by the Administrator and can be changed and/or supplemented only a) by mutual agreement of the User and the Administrator, expressed in written form, or b) unilaterally by the Administrator. In the first case a) the change has force and effect only in the relations between the administrator and the specific user and does not apply to other users. In the second case b) the change enters into force for all registered users after the publication of the change. We may also publish additional notices on our social media pages and on our other websites.
7. Bulgarian legislation applies to these Terms of Use and all relations between the Administrator and users in connection with the use of our products and other services provided by us.
8. All claims related to the use of our products and/or arising between Users according to and/or in connection with these Terms of Use, including disputes arising from or regarding their interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination of the relationship between the User and the Administrator, as well as discussions regarding filling gaps in the Terms of Use or adapting them to new circumstances, are resolved by the Arbitration Court of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce in Sofia in accordance with the Rules for cases based on arbitration agreements.

§ II. REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

1. The following persons have the right to register in our products:
2. a) persons who have reached the age of 18 (or respectively - are of legal age of majority according to the laws of their country of residence, from which they have access to our products) and only on condition that these persons are not placed under prohibition and/or whose capacity is not limited in any other way;
3. Persons who do not meet the above conditions do not have the right to register in our products. By filling out the registration of our products, each user declares that they meet the requirements of Art. 1. If the administrator subsequently establishes that the User within the meaning of the previous sentence does not meet the registration conditions, the Administrator may, without prior notice to the User, cancel the registration and the corresponding user account and take away all accumulated chips and/or virtual items associated with that user account at that time.
4. If a legal entity is registered, the registration must be carried out only by persons who legally represent it. In case a person other than the one specified in the previous sentence performs the registration, that person as a natural person assumes all obligations related to the registration.
5. We constantly work to improve our services and develop new features to make our products better for you and our community. As a result, we may need to update these terms from time to time to accurately reflect our services and practices. Unless otherwise provided by law, we will notify you (for example by email or through our products) after publishing the change and give you the opportunity to review them. Once the updated terms are in effect, you will be bound by them if you continue to use our products. In case some of these terms are changed and/or supplemented and the User does not agree with them, the latter is obliged to immediately notify in writing the Administrator of our products or request the Administrator to delete the registration and their profile and bear all related potential adverse effects (including possible loss of virtual currency in the games). In case the User has not notified the Administrator in writing of disagreement and/or deletion of their registration or has not taken the necessary measures to remove the registration and their account, it is considered that the User fully agrees with the change and/or addition of these Terms of Use. We will treat the continued use of our products or our online games as acceptance of these changes from the effective date, as shown above.
6. Registration to our products and its termination are voluntary (except for mandatory termination with a punitive nature - i.e. see Section VI 'Ethics and behavior of users' below) and depends solely on the will of the User.
7. Registration in our products is free. The only condition is that you meet the requirements and conditions of the user within the meaning of these Terms of Use and declare full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.
8. In the registration process, all users must fill out a registration form with minimal necessary and optional content. Correct completion of the minimally required content is a prerequisite for successful registration of the User. Fields with optional content are filled at will and at the discretion of the User.
9. By registering in our products, each user declares that they agree and do not object to the provision and processing of personal data provided during the registration process or which they will subsequently provide - during the use of the services provided by our products. 10. The data provided by each user during registration is considered complete and accurate until proven otherwise. All users registered in our products are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the data provided in connection with their registration. The Administrator reserves the right to edit information provided during registration by each user, to delete part of it, which according to their independent judgment contradicts the rules of these Terms of Use and/or morality.
11. Some of the data provided by the User during registration, the data from the User's profile, as well as any other information that the administrator may have deleted according to the previous provision, may be visible to other registered users. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.
12. The User has the right to change and update personal information intended for creating their profile in our products at any time. The user's right to make such changes applies with analogous application of the above requirements (including but not limited to: presence of minimal information, necessary requirements for spelling and length of username, etc.).
13. By registering in our products, each user declares and declares that they will respect the personal space of other users, will not make racist, xenophobic and discriminatory statements and will not a) violate, damage or otherwise damage copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of other persons; b) disclose trade secrets, unless they are their own trade secret, unless the disclosure is made with the consent of the owner; c) distribute content that is offensive, violates rules of public behavior, indecent, pornographic, contains violence, is inappropriate, provokes hatred and intolerance, aggressive or otherwise violates laws and/or protected rights and legitimate interests of other persons; d) distribute content containing viruses, trojans, worms, time bombs or other computer programs, algorithms or computer practices that could damage, disrupt or adversely affect the functional life of our products, the games offered there, the technical means of access to the products by other users. We have no obligation to monitor user content. In some cases described in our Privacy Policy (mainly to ensure a safe environment for our users), we may monitor or disclose your information, including user content. You should be aware of the potential risks of using a service that includes extensive user content. User content may be inaccurate, outdated or otherwise inappropriate. We cannot guarantee that users will comply with our Terms of Use, rules or otherwise behave appropriately. You should not assume that a person is who they claim to be. In your own interest, you should not try to contact any user outside of our products.
